How do I know which service I need?+

You don’t have to choose before contacting us. Tell us what you’ve noticed, where the property is, and whether you have work planned. We can discuss inspection, testing, or project planning with you.

When should I ask about asbestos testing?+

Ask a trained professional before remodeling around suspect materials, or if those materials are damaged. You usually can’t identify asbestos by sight. Leave suspect material undisturbed while you get advice.

EPA homeowner guidance ↗
What happens during testing?+

We start by discussing your property and concern, then the inspection or testing needed. Physical samples are submitted to an accredited third-party laboratory. Ask us what your quote includes and about expected laboratory turnaround.

Does finding asbestos always mean removal?+

No. EPA guidance says asbestos-containing material in good condition that won’t be disturbed can often be left alone. The condition of the material and your planned work matter. A trained professional can assess the next step.
